Tenants ghumketu

Hey friends
Ghumketu ya ghumakad prani.

In india very less people are lucky by birth to have their own house.
In era of 90's most of people of Indians are so middle class either they belongs to very poor & big  families staying in village and out of 6-9 members 1,2 will study well and migrate towards small towns or big cities with small jobs and rest family stays at village.
They have big dreams and big responsibilities also minimum wages which they earn, out of which they want to do saving by spending less on themselves (roti kapda and makaaan).
they start working as waiters, postmans, small hawkers, railway TT or teacher conductor etc.
people across india move from 1 place top other or 1 state to other.
Hamara kirayedar ya toh choti chawl ya mohale mein rehta hai.....
❤👀👃Lots of benefit if person stays in small slums and chawls they closely connected and share their food daily life problems and enjoy festival and share different cultural activities.
they pay less rent as tenant and as soon as rent increase they shift to other locality .
Most of the time owner stays next to them to watch and control tenant activities.Owner and brokers in 90's earn abundant amount by providing small rooms and combination of gallery and terrace space.
In 20th Century tenant and home search is become 1 big industry as migration of people is increased with rapid rate ghumketu you can see in each and every level. small villages and towns you get more space in flat and rent is less . Get big bungalows or normal haveli jaisi jiski shraddha ho in suitable society.
Its big industry for brokers and owner taking commission from owner and tenants both, in big cities like Pune and Mumbai where you get food and clothes on cheap rates even accessories on road side romieo shops in various  shopping lanes but getting shelter is biggest task. Those who have knowledge and keep eye on empty places become broker and find bakras tenants who search for flats or shelters p.gs.(this may be students ,freshers who look for jobs in various aindustry and even labours and villagers, shop keepers)
Ghoom-ketu mostly those people whose jobs are transferable they become tenant and give money to movers and packers, house keeping, servants and give jobs by paying so many people around .
Interesting thing is that being tenant you can get chance to change look and house items locality and people around you.Being tenant you make good neighbor friends either or some time you get in touch with weird persons who never open gate while you bang gate....10 times for chini or mirchi....:-))
So its my 1st blog where I will like to share my story as tenant as I spent my most of life as tenant with my parents with by colleges and room partners and my permanent room mate my husband so being happy to be as tenant as ghumakad can see lot in life....
Stay tune for my next blog as its in both language hindi english (Hinglish).
If you want exclusive in 1 language do let me know.
